Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the online services (“Services”) of Dejlo.cz (“we”, “us”, “our”) provided through the website https://www.dejlo.cz/ (“Website”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Dejlo.cz provides an online platform where users can browse advertisements aggregated from various third-party websites as well as advertisements posted directly on our Website. In order to access all features and listings, contact advertisers and make full use of the Services, you must subscribe to our Verification service.

2. Subscription and Right of Withdrawal

2.1 To gain full access to our Services, you must subscribe to our Verification service, which includes a 2-day trial period for 12 CZK and is then automatically renewed for 199 CZK every 14 days. The subscription becomes active immediately upon payment, and during the trial period you will have access to all features and advertisements.

2.2 The subscription is automatically renewed every 14 days unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings, except during the first 24 hours due to technical reasons. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of the current billing period.

2.3 Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

2.4 All payments are processed securely. By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees on a recurring basis.

2.5 You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, starting immediately after you have ordered a service and received information about the right of withdrawal and the contractual terms. However, you do not have the right of withdrawal if the service has begun with your consent. Our Services take effect immediately upon completion of payment. By completing the payment and starting your subscription, you therefore consent to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

2.6 We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. You will be notified of any price changes by email at least one month before the new prices take effect.

2.7 You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and the accuracy of the payment details provided, including but not limited to card details and the name on which the card is registered. If payments repeatedly fail, we reserve the right (but are not obliged) to terminate access to your account. The obligation to pay nevertheless remains. If a payment card used for a purchase expires or is blocked in any way that prevents us from charging the recurring subscription fees, we will attempt to complete the payment and make further payment attempts for a period of time thereafter, depending on the original reason for the failed payment.

2.8 All prices on the Website are stated in Czech koruna (CZK) and include VAT where applicable. The available payment methods include VISA and Mastercard.

2.9 You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your subscription. Instructions on how to cancel your account can be found in our FAQ. A cancellation request sent by email is not automatically considered a valid cancellation. If you require assistance with cancelling your subscription, you may contact us at support@dejlo.cz.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 You agree not to use the Website for unlawful purposes or in any manner that may damage, disable or impair the Website.

3.3 You agree not to interfere with the security or operation of the Website.

4. Content and Advertisements

4.1 We collect advertisements from third-party websites and allow users to post advertisements directly on our Website. We do not control the content of such advertisements and do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or reliability.

4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that any content you post on the Website complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 We make every effort to keep the Website and/or Services available. However, we perform maintenance activities on the Website and Services, which may take place at any time, with or without notice, and may result in limited availability.

5.2 We do not guarantee that the Website, the Services or any part thereof will be available at all times or operate without interruptions, errors and/or disruptions. Interruptions, errors and/or disruptions may occur due to internet connection issues, viruses, errors or defects.

5.3 To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we exclude all liability for any damage, loss or costs arising from the (temporary) unavailability of the Website and/or Services, including but not limited to the (temporary) loss of data.

6. Termination

6.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website without prior notice and for any reason whatsoever, including violation of these Terms.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We are committed to protecting your personal data and privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

8. Amendments to the Terms

8.1 We may amend these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via the Website. Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

8.2 We reserve the right to change the legal ownership structure at any time. Any such changes will be communicated via the Website and/or by email.
